Olsen Chain & Cable, Inc., the Midwest's premier manufacturer of rigging, is growing and seeking a motivated, detail orientated salesperson to join our Inside Sales team in Edina, MN.

A Brief Overview
Generates Inside Sales Revenue by answering telephone calls; verifying and entering items; transferring orders to fulfillment; explaining product features; checking customer buying history; suggesting related items.

What you will do

• Obtains inside sales orders by answering telephone calls/emails and helping walk-in customers.
• Verifies and enters items; transfers orders to fulfillment; explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
• Increases inside sales orders by explaining product features; checking customer-buying history; suggesting related items.
• Opens customer accounts by explaining account benefits and operation; referring caller to credit department.

Knowledge of Microsoft programs and Outlook required. Our ideal candidate would have a Sales background in Construction or Manufacturing. Prior work in an ERP solution preferred.
